MASTER J235019.25+163756.2 - PSN
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 50m 19.25s +16d 37m 56.2s on 2012-08-18.03015 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.1m (limit 19.0m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
There is PGC1513303 galaxy with 7.3E 2.4N offset (PSN from the center of the galaxy).
We have reference image without OT on 2010-12-23.65957 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.3m.
Nothing is visible at the position of this OT on nine Digitized Sky
Survey plates taken between 1954 Aug. 26 and 1995 Oct. 25, as well as
on 60 Palomar/NEAT unfiltered CCD images of 22 different nights from
2000 Aug. 04 to 2005 Aug. 14. Limiting magnitude on the sum of DSS
plates is ~22.5, that of the combination of 48 best NEAT images -
about 23m.
Spectral observations are required.
