While the main component of water maser in Cep A (V lsr = -9.4 km/s)decreased from 1300 Jy on May,31,2012 to 950 Jy on July,05,2012 the powerful feature of this maser has suddenly arisen on V lsr = -24.6 km/s. The flux density of new component was about 7 Jy on 31.05.2012 and it has run up to 2000 Jy on 05.07.2012. The observations were carried out on the 22-m RT-22 radio telescope of PRAO ASC LPI, Pushchino, Russia. It is the most probably that this component will have a short lifetime and the highly desirable VLBI observations of this source should be made either immediately or never. In any case the 22 GHz VLBI observation of Cep A at once give an opportunity to get new knowledge about fine structure of water maser emission region.
