As part of a monitoring program of Gamma Ray sources detected by Fermi LAT. We have observed a NIR brightening of the radio source [HB89] 1308+326, cross identified with BZU J1310+3220
a high redshift QSO (z=0.996). This source is also identified with 1FGLJ1310.6+3222 a Fermi LAT source. From observations on June 18th 2012, epoch JD2456096.747199
and earlier on epoch JD2455667.826030, we determine the flux in the H band to have been 14.671 +/- 0.04 and 15.882 +/- 0.07 respectively. It is then, rising in the NIR. An increase in flux of 1.2 mag in 429 days is reported here. From data for previous flares it is known that this object reaches higher flux levels than the one reported here. Hence, we encourage further multi wavelength coverage. Observations were carried out with the 2.1m telescope of the Guillermo Haro Observatory operated by the National Institute for Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics (Mexico), equipped with the instrument CANICA a NIR camera.
