MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 38m 17.95s +25d 44m 17.3s on 2012-06-20.79932 UT. Typical error is about 0.5 arcsec.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.6m (limit 19.8m).
The OT are seen at 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
There is PGC1748257 galaxy (PSN offset is 9.1E and 36.2S in arcsec from galaxy).
There are three SDSS8 faint (rmag > 22) galaxy J153817.95+254417.5, J153817.94+254417.7 and J153817.94+254417.9 inside our error box.
We have reference image without OT on 2010-02-27.06866 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.3m.
Spectral observations are required.
