We just became aware that the nova reported in ATel #4194 was included among the four M31 novae discovered earlier by Cao et al. (ATel #4193). Thus, the observations reported in ATel #4194 should be interpreted simply as an independent discovery and confirmation of the nova, giving additional magnitude estimates. We regret any confusion that this oversight may have caused.
