MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 00m 30.87s +23d 55m 45.1s on 2012-02-11.99137 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.7m (limit 19.7m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. The offset of the center of the galaxy PGC1696336 is 9.2E 0.7S .
We have reference image without OT on 2012-01-26.06692 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.0m.
Spectral observations are required.
