MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at the
position of (RA, Dec) = 03h 48m 50.94s +71d 42m 02.0s on 2011-12-01.63
UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.0 m (limit 19.6m)
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet or any known
object at this place.
We have reference image in MASTER-Kislovodsk data-base without OT at
2010-09-20.83 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.3 m
