MASTER auto-detection system at Kislovodsk has found new optical
transient source at the position of (R.A., Dec) =11h 44m 39.27s , +35d
58m 03s.9 at 2011-11-15.08 UT.
There is a bright galaxy UGC06716 close to OT position (27.9W , 0.7S).
There are 4 images with OT at 15-th of Nov 2011 in MASTER-Kislovodsk data-base.
The unfiltered magnitude is m_OT=16.8 ( exposition 180s, m_lim=19.3.
We have reference unfiltered image without OT at 2010-11-18.07 UT , m_lim=19.8.
There is no minor planet at this place.
