The GALEX All-Sky Imaging Survey (AIS) observed the position of GRB 110328A/Swift J164449.3+573451 before the X-ray outburst (GCN #11823, #11824) on UT 2004 June 26 and detected no emission from the host galaxy, with 5sigma upper limits of FUV > 22.1 mag and NUV > 22.4 mag. GALEX observed the position again in the NUV during the X-ray outburst on UT 2011 April 16 for a total of 1937 sec, and did not detect a source, with a 5sigma upper limit of NUV > 23.3 mag. GALEX magnitudes quoted above are in the AB system with lambda_eff(FUV) = 153.9 nm and lambda_eff(NUV) = 231.6 nm. Further GALEX monitoring of GRB110328A/Swift J164449.3+573451 is planned for 2011 April 22, April 27, and May 2.
