The MASTER auto-detection system at Kislovodsk detected a new transient source as the SN candidate at the position (R.A., Dec) = 12h 41m 38.10s , +47d 47m 51s.4, (J2000) with a typical uncertainty of 0.5" ( offset 8.6N 0.6W from SDSSJ124138.20+474742.9 galaxy) at 2010-12-19.01 (UT). The OT is seen at next images (2010-12-19.05 UT, 2010-12-20.11 UT).

There is no minor planet and any object brighter 20 mag in SDSS at this place.

The unfiltered magnitude is about 17.9 +-0.1 ( exposition 180s).

The spectral observations are needed.
