MASTER (http://observ.pereplet.ru) auto-detection system at Kislovodsk
detected a OT at the position
Ra 08 43 21.46 Dec +45 44 16.5 (JD2000)
with uncertainty of 1" at 2010-10-27 00:18:04 (UT) 5"W and 8" N off
set UGC04543 galaxy .
We use galaxy coordinates from Hyperleda
The unfiltered magnitude is about 16.3 ( exposition 180s, m_lim = 19.0 ).
The OT is seen on two images with 40 minutes delay.
There is no minor planet and any object brighter 21 mag in DSS at this
place. We have 6 images this field with OT 26,27 Oct and 4-th Nov.
