The Catalina Real-time Transient Survey (CRTS) has extracted the CSS
photometry at the location of MASTER OT 015347+303844 (Balanutsa et al. 2010; Atel#2931). Over the period from 2004-01-05 to 2010-10-09 the transient is detected in images taken on 2008-09-23, 2008-09-30 and 2010-10-09 with approximate V magnitudes of 19.2, 19.4 and 19.8, respectively. The presence of an outburst in September 2008 suggests that the object is likely a CV and is certainly not a supernova. Additionally, the brightness of the transient appears to vary between the observations
taken on 2010-10-09. As these images are separated by an interval of ~13 mins, this rapid variability
supports classification of the transient as a CV.
