The MASTER auto-detection system at Kislovodsk detected a new transient source as the SN candidate at the position (R.A., Dec) = 07h 19m 48.91s , +40d 53m 32s.3, (J2000) with a typical uncertainty of 0.5" ( offset 10.6W 9.1N from SDSSJ071949.80+405322.9 galaxy) at 2010-09-27 23:52:32 (UT). The OT was seen at next image after ~45 min (2010-09-28 00:39:08 UT). There is now minor planet and any object brighter 21 mag in DSS at this place. We have a number images this field without OT. The last one was made at 2010-02-27 18:39:23 and have the limit 17.8 (5 hours before detection).
The unfiltered magnitude is about 16.7 +-0.1 ( exposition 180s, mlim = 18.6 ).
The OT as the SN-candidate is relatively far and more brighter than posible host galaxy (m~18.55).
The spectral observations are needed.
