CCD photometry of V1333Aql/Aql X-1 obtained with the 1.2-m telescope at Haute-Provence (OHP) in the interval May 18-24 shows the average magnitude to have been nearly constant around V=17. This is comparable to the maximum optical brightness we observed during the weak 2002 (presumably hard) outburst. Publicly available 2-10 keV ASM RXTE/Rossi data exhibit a continuing slow rise, from roughly 50 to 70 mCrab over this same time interval.
