Following the discovery of the broad line type Ic SN - PTF 10bzf
(Ofek et al. 2010; ATEL#2470) by the Palomar Transient Factory
(Law et al. 2009; ATEL#1964), we observed the SN field at millimeter wavelengths using the CARMA
interferometer on UT 2010 Mar 05.
The observations began at
04:38 UT, with a total on-source integration time of 5.5 hours.
The mean frequency of the observations was 95 GHz with a total
bandwidth of 4 GHz. Instrumental drifts and atmospheric phase
fluctuations were calibrated through periodic observations of
1153+494, and absolute flux calibration was measured using MWC349.
The FWHM synthesized beam size of the observations was 2.1" x 1.7".
The source PTF 10bzf was not detected at the position
RA, Dec : 11:44:02.99, +55:41:27.6 (J2000), with a measured
95 GHz flux density of -0.37 +/- 0.18 mJy.
