The reported positions of two transients PTF09fb and PTF09fr is inaccurate in ATel#2055 due to a software glitch in the communication between the LBL and CIT databases. The correct location of
PTF09fb is RA(J2000) = 16:46:42.82, DEC(J2000)=+75:15:28.6 and it is offset from its host by 0.0"E,0.2"S. PTF09fr is located at RA(J2000)=14:50:00.12, DEC(J2000)=+44:55:05.8 and offset from its host by 2.5"E,5.6"N. These positions are reported correctly in CBET#1820 (under the names SN2009fa and SN2009fb respectively). The source of this error has been identified and fixed. We sincerely regret the error.
