Spectroscopic Classification of TCP J18251276-2225293 as a Classical Nova

I report the spectroscopic classification of TCP J18251276-2225293 (ATel #17987) as a classical nova.
I obtained its spectrum on 2026-08-19.482 UT with the fiber-fed integral field spectrograph (KOOLS-IFU; Matsubayashi et al. 2025) on the Seimei telescope (Kurita et al. 2020) at the Okayama Observatory of Kyoto University.
Since my spectrum shows emission lines with P Cygni profiles, such as Balmer and O I λ7774, I classify this object as a classical nova.
