Clarification of orbital elements for SAX J1808.4-3658

In Atel#1760 we posted an incorrect definition of the ascending node as "the
point at 90 degrees mean longitude".
The correct definition of the ascending node is "the point at 0 degrees
true longitude".
The orbital elements themselves are correct as given in Atel#1760.
