Motivated by recent reports of a new optical flare of 3C 345 (ATel #17059), we perform optical photometric and polarimetric monitoring of this object using 0.4-m LX-200 Telescope (St. Petersburg university), within the frames of GASP/WEBT project. 3C 345 (4FGL J1642.9+3948) is active in optical, reaching R = 15.91 +/- 0.02 at JD = 2460751.5434 with the degree of linear polarization of 25.6% +/- 2.5 (the previous measurement was R = 16.27 +/- 0.03 at JD = 2460749.6057 and polarization degree 17.8% +/- 3.5). We plan to continue the monitoring of this object.
