A correction to Atel #16682

This is a correction to ATEL #16682. There was a typo in the J2000 Declination of FRB 20240209A (burst 1 in the original Atel). The correct declination is 86°3'57.04". Further, the RA and a_error were not rounded correctly. These errors have no impact on our host galaxy association, or on the plots attached to the original Atel. For completeness, here are the full positions and uncertainty ellipses with the errors fixed:

FRB 20240209A (burst 1):

• RA (J2000) = 19h19m33.67s
• Dec (J2000) = 86°3'57.04"
• a_error = 34"
• b_error = 4.0"
• theta = -9.4729°

FRB 20240309A (burst 2):

• RA (J2000) = 19h19m33.94s
• Dec (J2000) = 86°4'4.78"
• a_error = 26"
• b_error = 4.0"
• theta = 2.1723°
