We performed optical spectroscopic observations of TCP J17395720-2627410 with HOWPol attached to the 1.5-m telescope "Kanata" at Higashi-Hiroshima Astronomical Observatory on 2024-03-10.84 (UT). The spectra show broad Balmer (H_alpha and H_beta) and HeI emission lines with P-Cyg profiles. The EW and FWZI of the H_alpha emission component is about 20 A and 4700 km/s, respectively. The spectra also show a deep Na D absorption line. These features suggest that the object is a highly reddened He/N-class nova in an early phase.
