A possible galactic nova (AT 2023gde, PGIR23gjp) has been reported by De et al. based on Gattini near-IR observations
(J-Bessel = 12.555, on 2023-04-10 10:19:12 UT). Here we report an accurate position and photometry in the Sloan r', and i', and PanSTARRS-zs bands
from 30 seconds imaging in these filters obtained with one of the Las Cumbres Observatory global telescope network 1m telescopes located at CTIO.
The magnitudes of the possible nova, calibrated with PanSTARRS DR2 stars are
r' = 18.20 +/- 0.05, i' = 15.53 +/- 0.03, and zs = 13.62 +/- 0.03, on 2023-04-19 09:44, 09:45, and 09:46 UT, respectively.
The position, calibrated using Gaia DR3 stars, is 19:10:19.302 +10:32:21.40 (with 1-sigma position error of 0.06")
Spectroscopic and photometric follow-up is encouraged.
