MASTER OT J191329.25-604138.9 discovery - new OT with >5.5m amplitude of outburst (preliminary dwarf nova)

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 13m 29.25s -60d 41m 38.9s on 2022-08-21.92157 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.6m (mlim=20.0), there is also image with OT at 2022-08-20 21:52:37 (mOT=16.5).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference unfiltered images limits:
2022-07-20 20:31:44 20.2m
2022-08-01 19:20:02 19.7m
We reobserved it at MASTER-OAFA: mOT=16.9 at 2022-08-23 06:30:22UT.
There is no any sources in VIZIER database, that gives 22m of limits in history (DSS images) and current outburst amplitude >5.5m (MASTER unfiltered magnitude is calibrated by USNO-B1 as 0.2B+0.8R).
Spectral observations are required.
