Spectroscopic classification of ZTF22aatixbc

We report the spectroscopic observation of the transient ZTF22aatixbc/AT2022oyb in M31 from the SALVATION project (ATel #13952). It was flagged from the ZTF public alert stream by the ANTARES alert-broker. The spectrum was obtained on 2022 July 20 UT with the Kast double spectrograph on the Shane 3-m telescope at Lick Observatory.

The spectrum shows prominent Balmer emission lines, along with emission lines of O I as well as from the Paschen series between 8200 and 8600 Å. H-alpha imaging observation of this transient was also reported by Atel #
