We report the following the classification of AT2021aemn from spectroscopic observations with the Goodman spectrograph on SOAR made on 2022 Jan 19 UT and with the Kast spectrograph on the Shane telescope on 2022 Jan 26 UT. The target was supplied by ZTF and the classification was performed with SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024).

Name | IAU Name | RA (J2000) | Dec (J2000) | z | Type | Notes
ZTF21acoqgmy | 2021aemn | 12:22:18.651 | +07:37:30.31 | 0.038 | II | (1)

Notes: When the redshift is given to 2 decimal places, it is derived from the SN spectrum. Otherwise, the redshift is determined from the host galaxy. (1) We measure an H-alpha absorption velocity of -6,500 km/s from the Lick spectrum.

We thank the Director Jay Elias and staff at the SOAR and Lick observatories for their assistance in acquiring these observations.
