The upper-limit for the flux of the two 4FGL sources, 4FGL J2100.0+1445 and 4FGL J2108.5+1434 were not added in the original telegram and are now added here. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
With the preliminary analysis results using the Swift-XRT data, we do not observe any significant counterparts in X-ray and estimate the 3-sigma flux upper limit in the energy range 0.3-10.0 keV is ~ 1.94 x 10^-13 erg cm^-2 s^-1 for 4FGL J2100.0+1445 and ~ 3.74 x 10^-13 erg cm^-2 s^-1 for 4FGL J2108.5+1434.
