We report the discovery with the IBIS/ISGRI detector onboard the
INTEGRAL observatory of a new transient source IGR J18539+0727.
The source was detected during a routine scan of the Galactic
Plane and deep observations of GRS1915+105 field on April 17-18.
Its position is RA=18h53.9m and DEC=+7o27m (equinox 2000,
position uncertainty ~3'). It seems that the source has a rather
hard spectrum and its detected flux is ~20 mCrab in both,
15-40 keV and 40-100 keV energy bands.
The source did not appear in either of the energy bands in
observations on the same field on April 1, with upper limits
~5 mCrab.
We encourage follow up observations at various wavelengths.
