MASTER OT J030227.28+191754.5 - Discovery of a 10 mag outburst during an inspect of IceCube-211125A

MASTER-Tavrida auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source during follow-up observations of IceCube-211125A at (RA, Dec) = 03h 02m 27.28s +19d 17m 54.5s on 2021-11-26.82568 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude at the time was 15.1m (mlim=17.0).
Consequent observations made by MASTER-OAFA 5 hours later revealed a significant brightening to 13.4m, and to 11.7 by MASTER-Kislovodsk at 2021-11-27 16:54:17UT. This prompted us to start follow-up observations at MASTER-Kislovodsk at 2021-11-27 16:54:17 UT. At this point OT brightened to 11.7m.
The OT is coincident with a GALEX UV source (Bianchi, L. et al, Astrophys Space Sci 335, 161–169 (2011)) and a star of g= 21.95+/-0.08(Shadab Alam et al 2015 ApJS 219 12)
We have reference image on 2020-09-14.03469 UT with unfiltered mlim=19.9m.
Follow-up and spectral observations are required.
