MASTER OT J090646.70-352527.7 discovery - new OT, no VIZIER data, ampl>2m
During Fermi GRB 211109A inspection

MASTER covered error box (cover map) and 25h after the trigger time(00:39:44 UT on 9 Nov 2021) found optical transient, not presented in VIZIER database, not presented in automatic MASTER archive light curve since Jan 2012 (up to 14m) and in Dec 2014 (up to 20.2).
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 09h 14m 19.63s -34d 12m 36.4s on 2021-11-10.06995 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 19.2m (mlim=18.5).
The OT is seen in 3 images (2021-11-10 01:40:44-02:14:52). There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2020-02-15.01297 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.2m.
From POSS limit (22) the magnitude is >2m (and the second scenario is dwarf nova outburst).
Deep photometry and Sp are required.
