observed V4641 Sgr (ATel #13431, ATel #15008) more then 10 years in MASTER-Kislovodsk, -Tavrida, -IAC, -SAAO, -OAFA (monitoring during regular survey).
We registered its outbursts in 2013, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021yy in I,V,R, unfiltered, and in polarization filters.
One of the last one has m_I=10.7m at 2021-11-03 18:34:13UT (MASTER auto-detection system).
