MASTER OT J194403.17-521431.8 discovery - new OT outburst, ampl>4m

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 44m 03.17s -52d 14m 31.8s on 2021-10-04.03809 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.2m (mlim=19.3).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2020-05-27.27075 UT with unfiltered 19.8m.
Spectral observations are required.
