We observed the location of FRB 20201124A with the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory under the Swift Guest Investigator program (Program: 1619112, PI: Piro) on April 7, starting at 2021-04-06 19:47:02 UT and ending at 2021-04-07 08:13:59 UT. Observations were carried out with the X-ray Telescope (XRT) in Photon Counting (PC) mode with a total exposure 7294 s. No source was found at the FRB location (ATel #14515) with a 3-sigma upper limit < 1.5e-03 cts/s. The upper limit on the 0.3-10 keV X-ray flux is < 8.8e-14 erg/cm^2/s (unabsorbed) for a power-law with photon index Gamma=2 and Galactic hydrogen column density N_H = 2.9e21 cm^-2 (HI4PI Collaboration et al. 2016). The upper limit to the unabsorbed luminosity (0.3-10 keV) is < 2.2e42 erg/s at the redshift of the proposed host galaxy (z=0.098, ATel #14516) Observations with the Ultraviolet/Optical Telescope (UVOT) were carried out using the u filter with a total exposure 7209 s. Using the UVOT data, we derive a 3-sigma upper limit u > 22.61 AB Magnitude (extracted in a 3" aperture) in the stacked image. Further observations are planned. We thank the Swift team for rapidly approving and scheduling these observations.
