A drastic change to the spectrum of ASASSN-20ni

Swift UVOT obtained another UV-optical grism spectrum on 2020 November 3.5 UT, about 5 days since the previous exposures on October 29th. The spectrum is very different from the earlier spectrum, showing now strong emission lines from the H Balmer series, while the absorption in the UV is still present, but has decreased. While the optical brightness decreased the UV flux below 400nm has increased. No X-rays have been detected so far.
