We report spectroscopic observations of AT2020svn, discovered by ATLAS. The spectrum is mostly featureless with narrow and broad components of Halpha emission. The observations were performed using the FLOYDS spectrograph on Faulkes-North on UT 2020 Sep 16. Classification was performed with SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024).

Name | IAU Name | RA (J2000) | Dec (J2000) | z | Type | Phase | Notes
ATLAS20zgr | AT2020svn | 03:58:10.709 | -08:49:00.82 | 0.028913 | IIn | | (1)

Notes: When the redshift is given to 2 decimal places, it is derived from the SN spectrum. Otherwise, the redshift is determined from the host galaxy. (1) We measure an the broad component of Halpha to have a FWHM of 4800 km/s.
