Following the report of an optical transient positionally coincident with the SRG X-ray transient SRGe J195057.5+672122 (Sazonov et al., ATel #13987), optical imaging of the field was obtained with the 2m Liverpool Telescope under excellent seeing conditions on UT 2020-09-03 between 20:48-20:58. Two 90-sec exposures each in r, i, and z band were obtained with IO:O. I report the following photometry:
JD | filter | magnitude |
---|
2459096.36677 | r | 22.29 +/- 0.14 |
2459096.36943 | i | 21.99 +/- 0.14 |
2459096.37210 | z | 22.08 +/- 0.26 |
This suggests continued fading since the last photometry reported by Sazonov et al. on August 17 (r=21.36, i=21.14).
