MASTER OT J194230.94+072537.1 detection - outburst with ampl>4.2m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 42m 30.94s +07d 25m 37.1s on 2020-05-20.02309 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m(mlim=18.7).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2018-08-15.85451 UT with unfiltered mlim= 18.8m. There is only PanSTARRS source in history , that gives 22m POSS limit and more then 4.2 of current outburst amplitude.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at:

MASTER OT J182929.96+064348.3 detection - outburst with ampl>3.6m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 29m 29.96s +06d 43m 48.3s on 2020-05-19.96133 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.4m (mlim=18.9).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2017-05-11.09586 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.0m.
There is PanSTARRS source at this place, and Palomar 22m llimit in history, and there was previous outburst detected by ZTF at 2018-09-12 (AT 2018gfz). So current amplitude is more then 3.6m
Spectral observations are required.
