The Gamma Ray Burst Monitor accreting pulsar program (GAPP), previously reported the detection of a new outburst of KS 1947+300 (ATeL #13201) starting 2019, October 13. This source was, in fact, not in outburst but rather we detected the second harmonic of RX J0209.6-7427. Even though these sources are not located close together, significant spectral power may, at times, bleed across sky directions. We apologize for the inconvenience and have taken steps to avoid this issue in the future and we feel confident we have not made this error in the past.
