MASTER OT J064630.14-545713.9 discovery - new OT with short flare with ampl>4.5m

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 06h 46m 30.14s -54d 57m 13.9s on 2020-01-24.14708 UT.

There are 4 images of these coordinates during MASTER own survey at this night (UT):

2020-01-24 03:16:46(+180s) mlim=19.9
2020-01-24 03:28:06(+180s) mlim=19.8
2020-01-24 03:31:48(+180s) m_OT=19.1 (mlim=19.9)
2020-01-24 03:50:40(+180s) m_OT=17.5 (mlim=19.9)

MASTER strategy of survey excludes particles (shifted CCD images)
We also have reference image on 2017-01-29.20196 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.8m.
MASTER-SAAO reobserved these coordinates at 2020-01-24 19:38:08UT with mlim=19.4(no OT).
There is no any sources in VIZIER database, it means 22m in POSS history and more then 4.5mag of current outburst amplitude.

There is no publishied triggers of GW, GRB, HESE https://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/burst_info.html
Deep photometry and multichannel observations are required.
