In ATel 13397 we argued that the quasar TXS 1100+122 is a highly probable neutrino association for the IceCube-200109A event due to its compact and bright core at parsec scales (8 GHz VLBI image) following conclusions by Plavin et al. (arXiv:2001.00930). Since that time we have organized RATAN-600 measurements of its total continuum radio spectrum. The observations were performed on 11-14 January 2020 and resulted in the following average values: 2.3 GHz: 262+-39 mJy, 5 GHz: 392+-20 mJy, 8 GHz: 445+-22 mJy, 11 GHz: 452+-23 mJy, 22 GHz: 552+-39 mJy. The values are comparable or higher than historic ones from literature (0.2-0.3 Jy), our RATAN measurements in 2002 and 2003 (0.3-0.4 Jy) and VLBA 8 GHz measurements in 2004 and 2012 (0.15-0.3 Jy). We note that the spectrum is slightly inverted towards the highest frequency of 22 GHz which has risen the most. Such behaviour is typical when a synchrotron flare starts in an AGN core - as expected for a neutrino association (Plavin et al.). However, this should be checked by further observations. We will continue monitoring this quasar at RATAN.
