MASTER OT J021612.70-500801.7 fantastic discovery - PSN in 6.1"W, 17.4"S of PGC087571, 2 days from the birth
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",
Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 02h 16m 12.70s -50d 08m 01.7s on 2019-12-23.92358 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.4m (mlim-=19.7).
The OT is seen in 4 images, including 2019-12-22 22:09:30UT (automatic preliminary m_OT=18.0). There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images without PSN on 2019-12-20 22:10:50 with mlim=19.7, on 2018-08-10.97480 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.8m.
Spectral observations are required.
