We obtained an optical spectrum (range 350-890 nm) of PSP19F (AT 2019wep), discovered by XOSS, on UT 2017 Dec. 08.85 with the Li-Jiang 2.4 m telescope (LJT+YFOSC) at Li-Jiang Observatory of Yunnan Observatories. The spectrum characterized by a blue continuum and prominent narrow emission lines of WR star (e.g., He II, H I, C IV, and NV) is well matched to the young type II supernova with signatures of interaction. Cross-correlation with the comparison tool GELATO (Harutyunyan et al. 2008, A&A, 488, 383, https://gelato.tng.iac.es) shows that it matches with SN 1998S at t = +3 days after the explosion.
