MASTER: QSO flare and OT outburst

MASTER OT J031212.01-423203.3 detection - outburst with amplitude >3.2m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 12m 12.01s -42d 32m 03.3s on 2019-11-24.95194 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.8m (mlim=20.5).

The OT is seen in 12 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2015-02-16.81647 UT with unfiltered mlim= 21.3m.
There is no USNO-B1 sources, it means 22m in history and more then 3.2m of current amplitude value.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J142230.38+322310.6 detection - QSO flare,>3m

MASTER-Tavrida auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 14h 22m 30.38s +32d 23m 10.6s on 2019-11-22.09612 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.5m (limit 17.8m).
The OT is seen in 7 images on 2019-11-22.
We have reference image without OT on 2017-05-24.92603 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.0m.
