discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 10h 40m 58.87s +65d 30m 55.3s on 2019-08-12 20:51:18.929 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.0m (mlim=18.0m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2019-06-26 19:59:48UT with 19.4 unfiltered magnitude limit.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J080549.62+684821.0 detection - dwarf nova outburst with ampl>4m
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 08h 05m 49.62s +68d 48m 21.0s on 2019-08-12.91604 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.0m (limit 18.3m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images without OT on 2019-08-07 23:28:21UT with mlim=19.0; on 2012-10-20.85205 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.2m.
There is USNO-B1 star with B2=20.86 and R2lim=22, it means more then 4m of current outburst amplitude.
Spectral observations are required.
