MASTER OT J193302.49+385423.6 discovery - new outburst with ampl>5.5m, no VIZIER data
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 33m 02.49s +38d 54m 23.6s on 2019-08-11.22228 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.5m (limit 18.9m).
The OT is seen in 2 images on 2019-08-11 05:02:29,05:20:05 with m_OT=16.5
and on 2 images on 2019-08-12 05:28:31,05:15:26UT with m_OT=16.9.
There is no minor planet at this place.
There is no any sources in VIZIER database inside 5", it means, 22m in POSS history limit and more then 5.5m of current outburst amplitude.
We have reference image without OT on 2019-07-27.96640 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.2m.
Spectral observations are required.
