MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered bright OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 38m 36.56s +48d 35m 35.2s on 2019-07-14.07727 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.6m (limit 18.3m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
