MASTER OT J113043.63-464844.0 discovery - outburst with ampl>4m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 11h 30m 43.63s -46d 48m 44.0s on 2019-07-10.81604 UT.

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.0m (mlim=19.2).
The OT is seen in 14 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2017-04-28.84378 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.6m.
22m POSS limit in history gives ampl>4m
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J130305.02-543855.6 detection - outburst with ampl>5.2m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 03m 05.02s -54d 38m 55.6s on 2019-07-08.93514 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.8m (mlim=19.1).
The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2019-05-10.95233 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.6m.
22m POSS limit gives more then 5.2m amplitude of current outburst
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 16h 50m 24.29s -66d 48m 35.5s on 2019-07-04.27617 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.0m (mlim=18.0m).
The OT is seen in 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-10-29.05804 UT with 19.2 unfiltered magnitude limit.
There is no OT on 2019-06-23 21:55:00Ut (MASTER-SAAO) with mlim=19.5

22m POSS limit gives ampl of current outburst more then 6m

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system found OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 03m 53.93s +01d 51m 44.5s on 2019-07-05.05558 UT with m_OT= 16.4m (3 images) and reference image without OT on 2018-04-13.42465 UT with 17.0 unfilt.magnitude limit.
