The AZTEC (Arizona Transient Exploration and Characterization) collaboration reports an optical spectrum of AT2019krl (ZTF19abehwhj) obtained on UT 2019 July 8.4 with the 6.5m MMT telescope (+ Binospec spectrograph) using the 600 l/mm grating centered on 6300 Angstroms. The spectrum reveals an unresolved narrow H-alpha emission line with a velocity of ~130 km/s (which does not seem to be associated with an extended HII region), and an intermediate H-alpha emission line with a velocity of ~2000 km/s which is blue shifted from the narrow component. The narrow and intermediate emission lines indicate AT2019krl has a Type IIn spectrum, although several types of CSM interacting SNe, an LBV in outburst, or other intermediate-luminosity transients cannot be ruled out. Further observations are encouraged.
