MASTER OT J144347.96-733020.4 discovery - ampl>4.6m (no VIZIER)

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 14h 43m 47.96s -73d 30m 20.4s on 2019-06-14.78844 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.4m(mlim=18.8).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2018-12-29.98461 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.9m.
There is no known sources inside 5", it means 22m POSS limit in history and more then 4.6m of current outburst amplitude (MASTER W=0.2B+0.8R by USNO-B1 thousands field stars, B2,R2/B1,R1)
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system found OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 39m 00.22s -40d 54m 29.2s on 2019-06-07.41782 UT with OT unfiltered magnitude 16.4m (mlim=17.6m).br> The OT is seen in 8 images.
We have reference image without OT on 2018-04-12.19509 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.4m.
there is no sources in USNO, but this source is in "catalog of Galactic infrared carbon stars (Chen+, 2012)"

MASTER OT J170431.37-425006.7 detection
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system found OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h 04m 31.37s -42d 50m 06.7s on 2019-06-07.86883 UT with unfiltered magnitude 17.2m (mlim=19.2).
The OT is seen in 2 images.
We have reference image on 2017-03-29.93502 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.6m.
