MASTER OT J130242.44-692147.7 discovery - ampl>5.5m
MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 02m 42.44s -69d 21m 47.7s on 2019-06-14.00909 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.5m (mlim=17.0m).
The OT is seen in 6 images (14th and 15th June nights). There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2018-02-19.28110 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.1m.
There is no known sources inside 3", it means 22m POSS limit and more then 5.5magnitude of current outburst amplitude
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J151544.20-713558.4 detection- possibly dwarf nova outburst, ampl>4.5m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 15m 44.20s -71d 35m 58.4s on 2019-06-14.79846 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.5m (mlim=18.6).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2019-03-05.06671 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.9m.
There is no USNO-B1 (only GSC with Nmag=18.5 in 1980.391y., and Gaia with gmag=20.62), it means 22m in history(POSS limit) and more then 4.5 of current outburst amplitude
Spectral observations are required.
