MASTER: 5.4mag amplitude optical transient

MASTER OT J204859.34-712538.9 discovery - new optical source, amplitude of outburst is more then 5.4mag
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 48m 59.34s -71d 25m 38.9s on 2019-05-18.77035 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.6m (mlim=18.1).
The OT is seen in 2 images (MASTER inspect mode) at 2019-05-18 18:29:18,18:40:10UT. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images without OT at 2019-04-25 01:14:26UT (mlim=19.5, MASTER-SAAO), at 2017-05-07 04:18:18UT (mlim=18.7 MASTER-OAFA), at 2015-08-06.92789UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.8m.
There is no any sources in VIZIER database, it means 22m POSS limit and more then 5.4m of current outburst amplitude.
Spectral observations are required.
